We are Hartfield Applecross Limited, a subsidiary of The Applecross Trust. We comprise a 4* hostel, Bunkhouse, residential accommodation, gym, workshop and staff accommodation. We are a relatively young organisation, having been set up in 2019, and have big, exciting ideas for development. Which is why we are looking for new team members to take the business forward.
We are located just back from the main hubbub where, in the Summer months, it can be busy. But Hartfield, although fully booked throughout the season, remains peaceful and quiet.
Applecross is a remote peninsula in the north-west Highlands. Life is different here. There are no cinemas, very few shops and bars, no supermarkets, soft play, or taxis. But if you love the outdoors, nature, open spaces, and a welcoming highland community, this might be the place for you.
At Hartfield we offer our employees:
• a great working environment
• friendly work colleagues and approachable management
• refreshments at break time
• on-site gym membership
• flexible shifts
• Living Wage for housekeeping and reception staff
• employee pension and holiday pay
• health & wellbeing support
• training
• input into future development
